So what is Oki-Do Yoga?

Oki-Do Yoga is a style of Yoga developed by Japanese Master Masahiro Oki, a 20th Century Master of Oriental philosophy, Science, Martial arts, Yoga and Shiatsu. It combines the practice of the classical Yoga postures, with the principles and practice of Oriental Medicine.

Breath postures, Meditation and shiatsu are used to re-align and re-balance the structures and energetics of the body. It allows us to develop strength, stamina and flexibility. It brings awareness and balance into our body and lives.

When we do Oki-Do Yoga we experience a process and transition that integrates our body, mind and spirit.

Because our goal is to provide personalised guidance and attention, our classes will have a maximum of 8 students per class. This allows our instructor to comfortably integrate beginner students with advanced students and safely, maximizing their Yoga experience!
